I really like the idea of this, but the execution does leave something to be desired. The most noticeable issue I have is the shading: it is too soft. Sharpen up some of the edges and make the dark to light contrast more intense and you'll have a much more visually striking drawing. there needs to be a wider variety of tones in this, your darks need to be darker and your lights lighter; this will give the drawing a lot more pop, depth and atmosphere. Right now the tones are all in a very medium area leading to a less interesting picture overall. Continuing with the tones, this is (or I feel it should be) a very dark atmospheric drawing to get more of that effect use deeper colors on areas like the roses and brass on the frames of the mirrors, the girl's hair and an overall darker background color as well as sharpening the shading all around will get a much more intense look for the drawing.
Also try cropping off the very top of the drawing the parts above the mirror seem to be unnecessary and kind of put a damper on the composition as a whole. The rose and skull piles at the bottom of the screen should be approximately the same size and shape and I feel that they would benefit from extending further to the bottom of the canvas.
Also in my opinion the reflection on the right side should be the girl in a white dress letting the bird fly free to to contrast more with the dark reflection killing the bird, right now being the same thing it doesn't really portray the kind of conflict between good and evil I think you were going for.
Hope this was of some assistance.
